Okay so I’m going to show a quick technique if you have a SI joint problem and basically that’s where the sacrum which is your tailbone and your ilium which is your hip bone come together and it’s that dimple right there. So if you have a sharp stabbing type of pain right there, the joint is probably jammed up. I’m going to show you how a manual physical therapist can unjam it. Okay, so patient we’re going to lay on your back with your head up here, on your back. Patient, not your stomach. Typical problem. All right, so what you’ll notice is on one side, bring your hip up a little bit, just like that this side will be up and that side will be lower and that’s the jam side so all you got to do is almost like a jam finger you just come here you tell the patient to relax. Relax, let the leg be really really relaxed, and you give it a little bit of a tug like that. You do it again, let it rest, and what that does it unjam that joint, and it almost offers immediate pain relief. How does that feel now? Very good? Okay, good, thank you.
