Okay you’re going to tell the patient to stay there and then you’re going to bring the butt all the way to the edge she brings the bottom leg up all the way up the top arm is here and we slowly drop this leg off the bench we’re stretching this muscle right here which is the quadratus lumborum which can be very, very, painful with back pain and you just pull it down push it down a little bit and you’ll feel the stretch right underneath my hands right mm very good and then you hold that for about 30 to 45 seconds again it’ll loosen up the muscles and also the joint from the hip bone all the way up to maybe L2 L3 in the spine.
